I was put in the position of having to sell m Mom's home in Auburn California. I am located out of state. My husband and I drove down and set up face to face meetings with three Realtors. The first two were impressive. We interviewed Ken and Natalie Jamaca, from the J. Castle Realty Group last. They were far and away the most impressive. They were willing to step up and assist us in any way needed to help us sell the home. They provided an in-depth market study, beyond anyone else's, to help us set the proper price. They met contractors for repairs that we needed to do. Ken even made a run to the dump for us! We are very grateful to Ken and Natalie. They exceeded our expectations. We recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Kenneth and Natalie Jamaca were excellent in assisting us with the sale of our Grand Mother's home. It was a very emotional time for us. She had built the home in 1949 with Grandfather and had lived there ever since. Ken and Natalie were very patient while we decided to sell or rent. No pressure whatsoever. Once we decided to sell the property, they quickly got the house listed, made multiple trips to the home (which was over an hour away). They were always readily available, and no questions were unanswered.
